We are conceived, two individual cells made specifically for each other. So begins life.

What we consider to be thought won't occur for some time, but the brain is developed quite early. Sensations of sound, felt as vibrations through the womb, influence just as sounds heard outside after birth. With no other experienced environment the rapidly multiplying cells are quite happy with their surroundings, perfect as they are for growing. After a span of time averaging around nine months the organism is too large for further development inside the womb, thus we are born.

Growing up we learn all that we can. As we understand that a particular sound is a label for a particular object, we begin to talk. At first the sounds are garbled as we try to copy them and they mean nothing to the outside world. Soon words are forming in our heads, and then strings of words, and then finally sentences. Knowing only that which is allowed, we are necessarily naive.

After experience builds on experiment we begin to learn of the real world. If we are blessed with a curiously active mind, we begin to see the paradoxes of life. This could be rather daunting for those not properly prepared , to say the least. There are several religious organizations that teach portions of truth. To practice one can prepare a person to a limited extent, however silence is what it all boils down to. To silence the mind and remain awake is to become aware of the truth which surrounds.

Here are a few truths, expressed in layman's terms, which I believe everyone should know. None of which follows is conjecture. To the contrary, it is backed up by the documented experimentation of thousands of scientists from all around the world, over the last few hundred years. The way in which I express it is merely my perspective.

Our reality, that is, what we see in everyday existence, is constituted of particles. They exist individually, are brought together to form an object, and finally are broken down to their original state. The particles are never different, only their connection to others makes them appear to be so. This is true for a grain of sand, a hydrogen molecule, a planet, even the human body.

Particles and energy are one and the same.
An object is a pattern of energy. Each pattern of energy will exist for a period of time, and then come apart. Energy works in a way that enables it to exert more "force" on its environment while it is a pattern. The more powerful the energy the stronger the pattern and vise versa.

DNA, the life force, is a pattern that connects all living beings at the deepest possible level. Cats, fish, flies, flowers, everything that lives or ever has lived on Earth is related to each other through DNA (even the most basic of living things has RNA, a component of DNA).

With all of this known to us , we still do not know the answer to the question 'what brought the particles together?' We have yet to determine if it was simply a spontaneous event, or something more. If a spontaneous event , how could something come from nothing? If not spontaneous , then how?
